At SupplementsHub.com.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is expired or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used nutrition supplements.
• Products with broken safety seals.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Orders where the customer changes their mind after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued only if:

• The returned product meets our return conditions.
• The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
• We are unable to fulfill your order.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return policy outlined above.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item).
